Janice, where did you hear the rumor about Starr running for the Senate? My understanding has always been that he is a very professorial kind of guy, and wants to slow down with an academic career, or keep practicing law quietly. We can all see he doesn't have a clue, politically speaking. And anyway, his daughter is going to Stanford in the fall, and I think that probably had something to do with the Pepperdine thing.

Recently I heard Ken Starr being compared with John Foster Dulles. History buffs may recall that Dulles was sometimes referred to as "The Prim Reaper," in the most affectionate of terms, of course.
