I realize that the stocks you have bought in the past have made such runs. I have also "picked" stocks that have run, maybe not to 200 dollars, and have sold prematurely. This ERB/SIR thread has been running for over a year. What the heck is going to keep this going?
The last news release was good, but not great. There are lots of companies out there in discussions with other companies. The point? Full disclosure, at some point, will be needed as to which companies are being talked to. More likely, when will the company involved allow some disclosure.

Smoke in mirrors is one thing, but we seem to be grasping on to something that isn't quite there. What if the deal doesn't get done? What will the excuse be? At this point, if you are an optimist and going by the fundamentals, then this is a no-brainer and one should buy as much paper as possible. Yet, the stock goes down.

My gut feeling tells me that this thing is for real. But, when the excuses are more plentiful than the gas in the ground, all your left with is a bunch of hot air.

Andrew, if you feel this is a scam, come up with solid points that make this seem like a scam rather than a real play. I understand your points, but I bet you that half of the companies in your portfolio are scams also. Especially in the speculative market.
