When a vc sees a gain like that they usually bail pretty quick.IT is they way they make their dollars. They are in for a ride to a certain level gauged against risk and they take the profit and run.The same
storey gets done in a lot of the net start ups.XCIT paid back its debts and if it has the same revenues and the same growth it is in reality the same company.Seek on the other hand has a lot more going for it.Just the exposure to DT and 2 million Germans and Germanys biggest advertisers and media giants are going to more then double seeks exposure to the world.THINK ABOUT IT.When DT's T-NET call gets going in THe usa it will link 20 more countries to their net.SEEK will be there.

VC's aren't restricted from selling stock anytime unless they have taken down restricted stock(which is unlikely). Usually if a broker underwrites the issue, any stock they receive is restricted for a certain time period. This stock has been public for 2 years so i doubt there any restrictions that may apply.
