Charles, sorry about Cityscape, I missed that one. I have also taken some losses on the Internet stocks, but bailed out in time to avoid any big losses. My 1997 short profits have come mostly from shorting floorless convertible stocks such as ALTIF, PNDA, ESMC, IFSC, ZITL, CFON, and others.

I am becoming less convinced that the market bubble is about to burst. The market could go much higher first and we should be prepared for that. Almost all crashes are preceded by rising interest rates and that has not happened yet.
