Genrad's investment relations department is not as open as other companies'. Genrad dropped a big surprise during the 1Q last year. The CEO was "surprised" that the market reacted to that quarter's earnings because the CEO was committed to that year's total results, not quarterly results. What seems to happen for the last two years is that surprises happen during the 1st quarter, and the company makes it up during the rest of the year. Hoping the same is true this year...
