Hardrocker,

Will keep this short since you are traveling. I have previously posted that:

a) I do know tsg59
b) I used to be heavy in AGTI, sold all 12/31/97 for tax reasons
c) had placed a small (200K shares) order April (thank goodness my broker called me up to cancel the order - I wasn't paying attention and the brokerage fee would have killed me! And yes, I have already sent the check for E-trade and am still awaiting Datek)
d) I do own shares in GMTC

Since I haven't given you my opinion directly, here it is...
OPINION: I agree with you that there is an uphill struggle, but this is the brightest I've seen AGTI's chances in a long time. IMO getting Silzer out of the picture has been the single most important announcement for a long time.

Anyway, I was going to keep this short. Have a good flight. I look forward to hearing from you in GMTC. I also would like to discuss other stocks as you have the time. I plan to have level 2 access in the next month or so.

Re-gards <g>

<<<This may be a poor defense for my bad manners yesterday, but I have witnessed a lot of garbage on SI by some very intelligent and slick posters. The infamous "Steve Pluvia" on the PLSIA thread months ago is a prime example. "Mike Winn" on the TAVA thread is another. These people frighten investors, present or potential, by their level of industry knowledge which is slanted in a very negative bias against the target company.>>>

Hardrocker,

It would appear you are implying that the information I brought forth about PLSIA was incorrect? The information I brought forth -- all of which has been proven correct, indicated management was misleading investors, putting out untrue HYPE all IMO to raise money through the exercise of their warrants.

Well they put out the HYPE, they raised 20+ million from the exercise of warrants, and last week they admitted they will likely have to restate their 3rd Q due to what appears to be a case of cooking da books. Channel stuffing. The stock dropped from $11ish on 3/25, to mid $6ish on 4/15 when the news hit.

Hmmm Hardrocker, looks like hard research pays off again. I think most prospective investor of PLSIA would want to know the bad with the good to make informed decisions. If investors had listened to my warnings (and many did and have since thanked me), they avoided some significant losses.

SO far Hardrocker, I have heeded warnings on:

1. TLTK -- which was 8ish at the time and ran to almost 10, but then 30+ were indicted for fraud racketeering etc and the stock has been de-listed and is trading for pennies, and

2. SYCR -- which was trading at 3ish and is now at 30ish cents, and

3. AKSEF -- Which I just felt was overpriced at 5, and has since dropped to 2ish

Hardrocker, before knocking people like myself, who do good research and have track records (of success) to prove it, I suggest you learn how to do a little research yourself.

Cheers Steve
