Just because the company wants to increase the amount of available shares does not mean that they will all be issued! Obviously the only way that this company is going to attract investors is via performance! The company just received $2,000,000 from a judgement ---this will allow them to proceed with the business plan. Personally I do not think that the vote will be in the favor of management at present and even if it is the company will not reverse the stock until the time is right! Why would they shoot them -selves in the foot! I suggest that most of you realize that the upside potential is extremely favorable compared to the limited downside risk! As the market continues to heat-up the low priced arena will continue to appreciate and scti has the ability to hop on for the ride!
