Okay guys, I am a little slow with this so lets see if I understand it. Correct me where I am wrong. Our friend who sold some 700,000 restricted (or locked) shares was busted. He was not shorting those 700,000 shares, but was just "selling" them. However, since these shares were called back, he now has a short position of 700,000 shares. If this transaction took place in Canada, he doesn't have to cover if he doesn't want to, because it is legal to short shares in Canada. Did I miss anything here? If this is true, I am really looking forward to see some of these LOI's completed. Once this happens, I see the price going up and our "friend" scrambling to cover!...should be fun!
