Tim:

I thought I had mentioned a few times, if WOTD wants to walk from the deal. If anyone has any recourse, CVIA Shareholders would against WOTD (IMO).

Tim,

Jack Arnold was given that authority, thats why I am not on a "bash" Jack Arnold campaign, if he wanted to "line his pockets" as it has been suggested by others he has $500k cash in the bank... not a bad pay check for a few months work... or he could have sold the remaining 40 million shares... but Jack is an honest man looking out for us, my beef isnt with him so much as WOTD.

The ball is in WOTDs court and if they want to throw the towel in on this game, or alter the terms we really have nothing to loose. If WOTD walks away its their choice, not CVIAs but these terms they have proposed for the merger just wont work.
