Mark,

I think what Bill is asking about is this. Whether or not FAMH is a reporting public company, ATXI is a reporting company and the SEC requires shareholders of 5% or more of all such companies to file a form stating their ownership. It may be that anyone who owns 5% or more of any publicly traded company must file, I don't know. Does anyone else?
