Good Evening everyone. I have been able to gather a little information on PRWT with the help of my broker. I gave my broker all the information that is known on PRWT and this is what I received from my broker. "Alton, After researching the resources available, quite frankly we have found conflicting information. One source states the Charter for Purewater Sciences was cancelled in May 1995 and the company was declared inoperative and void for non-payment of taxes. However, a stock by the same name is also being quoted on the Bulletin Board at .005 bid, and this company's stock is being transferred by Continental Stock Transfer and Trust in New York. Their phone is (212) 509-4000. We can find no reference whatsoever to Visual Interactive Phone Concepts. We wish we could be more help, but we really have very little information on these bankruptcy situations." Maybe someone can contact the transfer company and just see what you might be able to find out. I am preparing to take a trip and will be out of contact for a couple of weeks (military training). Hopefully this helps and we can scratch the surface of this unknown entity. Hopefully this patent is going to help bring PRWT or what ever this company calls itself and is. I for one hope for the BEST!!! AZB
