Why hasn't anyone been looking at the angle of a possible SPIN-OFF of DR shares directly to TSQD shareholders when DR has its IPO. Wouldn't Mr. Ronning want it this way being the majority shareholder of TSQD?

If there are 10 million TSQD shares outstanding and TSQD owns 5 million DR shares, why shouldn't we be looking at a spin-off of one (1) share of DR for every two (2) shares of TSQD owned. Then if DR soared after the IPO a la some recent Internet-related IPO's, TSQD's holders would have a direct, pure play in the DR offering.

Also, I have heard unconfirmed comments from other TSQD shareholders that the IPO of DR will be handled by a major "Blue Chip" Wall St. underwriter. Has anyone else heard the same?

Regards.
