Inflation will errode the market, not fuel it. Cost of capital will choke business. Profit errosion will suffer as workers demand more money to offset the increase in basic cost of living. Interest bearing instruments and commodities will compete with a dwindling interest in investing in stock. Inflation is never good Maurice.

One reason this bull market has lasted as long as it has is, low interest rates and low inflation, which are hand in hand IMO. Change that balance and it's not good for the market. The only inflation in the US economy at the moment is the inflation of stock prices. Printing money wildly is also not good, but that is for another day.....

Maurice - What is the difference between the "dunny" and the "gurgler"? Now I think I have been using "gurgler" incorrectly after a previous post of yours. Tom - Hoping the Q doesn't go down either one with earnings announcement.
