current market conditions make me VERY nervous....

I dont trust MM's ...analysts...etc etc etc....

no stops on NASDAQ stocks....although I believe the NYSE stops are suppose to be secret.

maybe that is the mantra of the short term traders..
"In Big Boyz, we don't trust"

we see what goes on!

I will be out of my XCIT short tomorrow...and then we will see what happens...

right now I am "chicken trading"....well not in the true sense of the word as the trader who coined the phrase meant it.....the faster I get out the happier I am and dont look back even if the thing runs 100 more points....(well sometimes I do kvetch about it)

and by the end of the day...be out of my S&P position...

seczebra: The volume tells me a lot of people bought this stock for what ever reason. A lot of momentum players and those who believe and bought to hold. Many bought above $40 for two days. Did those people sell?

This stock certainly has drawn a lot of attention to it now, being on the most active list. I don't think it's going away anytime soon.

I know one thing I kick myself over and over again for not selling on Thurs.

I have no idea what's it going to do. It could fool all of us. I've tried to figure out chart patterns and to me it's a guessing game. If it was that simple well you know the rest.

For example: KTEL, I bought it at 24, it went down to 19 and sold thinking it was going to tank as another internet hyper. Friday it went up 7 1/2. Fooled me. It must of got a lot of shorts surprised too.

So, what about SEEK?

I might trade it some next week. On Friday I was trying to trade it but my stinking quote server was slow as molasses, it was driving me nuts. I never saw it so slow, so I could not respond to the swings fast enough, so I just watched. I did finally sell and then bought 1/2 back near the bottom.

In the long run I belive SEEK will be a keeper. Short term?

What's that song? We've only just begun.

good trading

Craig
