I think we may have missed an obvious explanation as to what went on in that hotel room. Perhaps Paula was initially welcoming of the advances, but then was just totally let down by what she saw when Billy unzipped, and then all she could think of was getting out of there. Perhaps she was even POINTED to the door!!! (sorry) Plausible?
