Sam, Thank you for asking Ibexx some of the many questions I have. I have an order in with my broker (yet to be filled, she will call me) for SAPHY shares. I had a little trouble too getting her to see my point of view. She's been great with me the past 10 years but isn't so really up to speed with high tech which is my main investment interest. Anyway, I've been watching this thing since 145. Today may as well be the day.
So, we'll see how it goes.
Later.
Susanne Dobner.

Sam,

Welcome on board.

Couldn't resist the ribbing--where were you when I started to recommend the stock at $78? I began my own position at $51, and kept on adding through $100s.

Answers to your questions: (correct me if I am wrong)

1. SAP will be listed on the big board on August 3 or around that time frame. Last time I looked this date was mentioned somewhere in their website sap.com

2. My own calculation is that I could receive 4 shares of the new issue for each ADR I currently own. However, I am not absolutely sure about the math, as the numbers (of shares) are of no real consequence to me.

3. Not familiar with the game, but have heard of it. Not surprised at all that this wasn't mentioned as SAP is after BIG, BIG BUCKS and small niches have been frequently overlooked.

4. Too many companies and technologies are interfacing with SAP's R/3 product lines--couldn't possibly cover all grounds. Anyway, I am not focusing on small caps right now except for a few play things.

Regards,
Ibexx
