I take issue with the "theory" of the MM's holding back the price. The reality will always be, in my opinion, if there are buyers, and there are a limited amount of shares available, the price HAS to rise. We have a very limited number of buyers. Conversely, there are virtually NO sellers. That's what makes the market.

I believe that we are looking at a short term plateau. I also believe that there are a number of fund managers seriously evaluating DGIV and if or when they make buy decisions, as in plural, we will see a rather quick appreciation of share price.

Additionally, we need more individual investors, and as long as we are BB, at the $6 price, we are not that attractive to that type investor.

NASDAQ listing is a necessity and as has been the advice before, patience.
