Vector1, So, you're trying to buy the wts for 6 9/16 under the stock? The only way that will happen is if you leg in to the spread. Hopefully, you are familiar with the difficulties inherent in legging in to spreads. Good luck.

Are you shure that we have enough buying power to buy a meaningful LGNDW position after selling LGND? IMHO the conversion of the VD Model into a margin account was not a particularly good idea. The margin requirements interfere too often with potential portfolio changes. Besides with the low volume of LGNDW - 10900 shares today - the chance to buy 3000 shares at the bid price is very slim. Vector 1, Great fill on the spread. If I'm not mistaken, you got 2800 of the 4000 shares of LGND that traded at 15 5/32 after your order was posted . I can understand how you can be fearless legging in to spreads. Whenever I've questioned why I don't get trades on the Nasdaq that occur at my bid or offer, I am told that only when a stock is offered at my bid on a buy order, or, bid at my offer on a sell order can I expect a fill. How much for your broker? I'll top any bid up to $100,000.00
