On a rough first pass, some oil stocks are ready for a rebound, GLM, SEI, GIFI, TMAR are what I have looked at so far, I have taken a posish in GIFI and may do so in SEI too. All of the above look to be either at the 90DMA or have crossed it. What do you think??? Srikant.

Small Caps In Vogue... I've noticed that the 13's scans are giving me 50 to 60 stocks a day for the past few days... This doubling of the average confirms a small cap rally... For those in mutual funds, a shift to the small caps should give a greater return in the short run... The Nasdaq had one Billion in trading volume today... Market tops usually occur when the small caps lead the other indices... But, this part of the Bull market could go on for weeks or months... After that, a market correction is likely... Jim
