David I am also very interested in whether they gave away the company also.It seems like that has happened too much for too long.I just checked with merrill and 3 other houses and they don't have any news on this yet.I guess Reuters has the consession here for now.

But I would still have liked to see at least a 25 cent rise.to maybe 3.75.I'm sorry but this game is all played out for now.

I think the attainment of any reputable manager would be significant, at any price. FTEL is an extremely small company with relatively little capital. Giving a good amount of shares to attract competent managers should be expected.

I sold the few shares of FTEL that I bought today, plus a few more. I didn't like the lackluster reaction to the news (and bought a few more CD shares @ $ 23.50).

FTEL: $ 3.25b $ 3.34a

David, Why don't you or Charles Enlighten me as to when the FIRST time the company was 'given' away. I must have missed that one. Lord, it is true what they say in this age of Multi-Media Total Sensory Overload folks attention and retention spans have significantly Decreased!
