We don't pass for the Bill France "look-a-like" contest (I hope).

Good question and good potential I think. However, I liked the 80% retention option better, not 55, 45 35 or maybe 25%

One cannot say or determine WHAT affect on shares of FTEL owning a portion of a new company thru a subsidiary or partially owned entity relationship would be. This has been argued since the DCTC days.It may be large or zero if the parent is only a shell at the time and profits or profitability is transferred to the child (FNET) for whatever reason.

Lets hope that the significance of this move is positive.

Hey Slater you seem to 'bear" a more striking resemblance to Bill than I thought. Where the hell is he anyway.

PS The S-1/A filed Jan 98 with EDGAR gives good insight to the workings of a small company "trying" to go forward and making its CEO rich for HIS efforts (See pages 34 & up)

Hey elk..
at the SHM we were talking about retaining 60-66%.. now we're down to 45%??? Please use the best #'s (guess) you have, but if its below 66% then why ...... and how low is that going to go????
