Don't know what is driving it today, but you might take a look at PHTN. Up 40% today on huge volume (for it). They make test and repair equipment for manufacturers of flat panel displays. They have always been a hopeful, but the market just has net materialized. When it did, asian crisis hit. With this move compared to history, I would guess a buyout (IMHO). I don't see orders or earnings (at least those that one might expect) driving this move. Regards, Dan
