TQR, I'll try to field this one, For bold put the b or i in the middle of<>, write, then close with </>. But put the "b" or "i" after the / at the end.

If this is more confusing, go to FAQ, it's explained much better.

If your text looks < i > like this < /i > then your post
will look like this . Use "b" instead of "i" for
bold. These are HTML tags. Leave out the spaces around
"i" and "/i" (I put them in so the tags would show in the text).
