Where was the phone call made to? (from to) What hardware used? What software used? Was it a first try-out? Or a fully configured system on both ends? Was this a sample in an expo booth? or an actual "sold" product? Did they have "controls" (like those FTEL has) to regulate latency/quality? Any other comments. Was this through the DGIV network or? So many questions, I hope you do not mind answering them Thank you. Z.

Don't base your opinion on one call. Would you say that a Rolls Royce after 1 test drive was a horrible car, maybe it had some technical difficulties. I have used a few internet providers for long distance. Of the 3, one sucked, one was average and the third was just as good if not better than talking to the person in my living room. While I agree some providers need to improve their technology , most of the internet carriers are far from horrible. Try a few different providers before making such a shallow statement!
