<<Oh well .... in this stock until it hits 0!!!!>>

That really sums up this story.

But, on the other hand, it is unfair to compare HVSF with a real companies like PFE.

As you know there have been a lot of managements come and gone with this company. Every new one blames the previous one for the bad fortunes of the company. And some time may be correctly. Just review the recently filed SEC Form 4 by Mr. Don Steffans (previous CEO). He has been selling his shares essentially for last two years, almost on a daily basis. Fun part is that after two years of selling on a daily basis, he ended up with more shares than he started with. Amazing! Is the same stuff is going on presently, who knows. May be we'll learn in few years when they file their Form 4.

I do not believe that there will be any more new managements for this company any more. Either these guys running the show presently, will squeeze the remaining life out of this company or we will see some real positive developments soon. Based on previous experience hard to put any odds either way.

If these guys some how get the Phase II underway and are able to successfully conclude it, then they will be able sell their technology for a decent sum to some one familiar with the pharma business.

But the potential for more ED players is their. Just look at the announcement made by this company PowerJect Pharmaceuticals of UK:

biz.yahoo.com

They have the same drug as HVSF or VVUS but again a different delivery system. They have not even done Phase I. Obviously they do not have a history of HVSF also, which certainly helps.

Lets see what the next few weeks bring forth.
