By my quick estimation, there looks to be 23Million shares outstanding (didn't have time to look at SEC stuff), What would your guess be on the "significan" fraction? Is there enough interest here to do anything? I have not done much DD here. Just caught my eye as one to watch because of the cash-to-share-price. It would seem to me if the company is viable and management sucks, you vote out the management. Another alternative is to have shareholders liquidate (at what looks to be a profit). What ideas do you have... I'm ready to jump in and play.
