I only say "significant" not in numbers but in principle. I think that any vocal group of stockholders that watches a stock the way we do should be significant to management.

I don't think that a small company like CIST would last too well under non-original management. I say we vote to liquidate before we make these cats any fatter. How can this be done?

Could we approach the large institutional investors with the situation? It may be the case that these large shareholders are not watching CIST very closely because it represents such a small part of their portfolios.
