I've (1) gotten a copy of a business plan to Grausz, (2) approached a fund manager/VC who has done significant due diligence and has interest in attempting to acquire the company, and (3) signed a non-disclosure agreement with a company that I believe would make a good merger candidate.

It is simply AMAZING that members of the Board don't do squat to rectify the situation. Perhaps they were all consulted on the periodontal program, and it's one big club of fools, where nobody wants to be first to disclose the identity of any other club member.

If any of you actually want to do something instead of just talking about it, why don't you call Carney, Stout or Edelman and ask if they are aware that they still serve on the frigging Board?

You'd think that Edelman, given his role at Columbia and in the institute that did the VimRx deal, would be reading this thread or at least receiving copies of posts. You'd also think that Stout (Tufts) might be computer literate, and that he just might give a damn about the Institutions' financial interests. If so, they MUST finally see that Brucie hasn't a clue.

Actually, the performance of Stout, Carney and Edelman is every bit as embarrassing as that of Brucie.

I've heard a dependable rumor that KTEL will be marketing a voice version of CIST's product catalog, with Creedance singing "Bad Moon Rising" in the background. The catalog will be available for download at KTEL's **INTERNET** site.
