Nanda--I'm doubling up in the AM--just moved from my cash account to margin account. Was going to do it today--that's what I get for procrastinating. Jan

I have been trying to figure out the 'dilution risk' with CMND. I think these are the shares that have potential to enter the float:

Series A convertible Preferred 522,500
Series B convertible Preferred 659,250
Held by current stockholders subject to Lock-Up Agreement 5,156,750

Not being any kind of equity/captial expert I was hoping someone of greater wisdom could look into the Form S-1/A, read into this stuff, and hopefully figure out there is not much to be concerned with. Thanks
