All Im going to say is count me out of the class action. I was involved in one of those and here was the outcome.

Each policy holder recieved a check for $5.13 cents, the law firm got 3.5 million, now you tell me who won, and why these law firms jump on a class action like stink on %@$#?

I want no part of this class action suit whatsoever!! I will take my losses and be on my merry way if thats the way the cards fall. But Im sure as hell not going to be part of any class action suit that only the lawyers make out on. Think about it folks.

My opinion is, we all have a better chance of recovering, if we at least hear whats offered, and hold. YOu only lose money if you sell.

I've already emailed a couple of business publications and newspapers to see if they'll pick up the story. One of them is right there in Jack Arnold's neighborhood.
I'm emailing and calling CNBC first thing in the morning.
I have an old college buddy who works for CNBC.
Their going to run with this one.
Now I'm getting excited!
It's unbelievable what an individual can do he/she put's his/her mind to it.
I'm ready to rock-n-roll!!
