Kerry, it's nice to know, I think, that Ancor will have some 20MM shares to throw into the pot come time to crest with the FC IPO wave. That is, if we vote for it. How would they do it, with a "secondary" offering?

Your thoughts on extra 25MM shares? The Def-14A plays up the defensive aspect of the shares. Paranoia, or have they encountered a reason to seriously consider upping protection? Then they also mention the shares could be used for an acquisition. Any candidates come to mind?

Sorry if my questions are a nuisance. Gee, this is almost as exciting as the NFL Draft. <g>

Kerry, have you read the proxy stat. of Ancor? Any comments? Do you think they will have something concrete by May 20? (BTW, this is about the end of two months period we are waiting for a big announcement)
