Dear Sibe: AGREED!! Also, as a former Audit Partner I can tell you that continual late filing of required SEC forms causes the SEC to make closer inspections of the companies filings in the future and if ALYD should file a form delinquent (ie after the extended period) then they are forbidden to do certain types of short form filings for new stock issues for a period of time. Finally, I can tell the board that I am UNCOMFORTABLE with ALYD failure to select a NATIONAL CPA firm. JDN
