Got to agree with you there JDN. Has to be a multinational like Deloitte & Touche, Arthurs, etc.,etc. Especially when revenue recognition is so important.

I wonder if all the shareholder lawsuits that are happening, scaring off the larger accounting firms in this time sensitive and almost ephemeral business of Y2K. Maybe there isn't enough upside for the accounting firms to take on the responsibility for such a short term. Especially if the bulk of the contracts will hit in the next 18 months. Perhaps the accounting firms don't like the accounting practices, especially with regards to revenue recognition in this short run firm with no long term future prospects yet. Just interested in your opinions and thoughts. Thanks JSY

Dear JDN - You are upset about not picking a national accounting firm. How about Charlotte Observer for news release? Is it working? Ram
