Well, the electrical storm came through. I was stopped out for a quick one day 9.5% loss. Who sold and why?

Surely the IBD article wouldn't affect this stock other than positively! The best I can think of right now is that Market Makers swooped down on some easy pickings if they sense good news in the near future, or some smart money knows of delays or competitive battery news. My search for the later revealed nothing.

DKR, thanks for IBD article and their opinion that solid polymer for laptops is at least a year or two away. As with the recent Business Week article, it appears this was written without input from Valence. If IBD is right about the other companies, I would conclude that Valence has at least a year or two head start!

The information vacuum has a way of making us vulnerable to misinformation or to become distracted by news from other companies. Someone obviously took advantage of the opportunity to buy in the 4's today from those who succumbed. I find it interesting that the bogus Yahoo post was timed on a Tuesday about 10 minutes into the trading day just after Monday's pent-up buying after the weekend had diminished.

Remember last time the stock was in the 9's when we thought we were this close!
