This is interesting since supposedly INVX is trying to expand outside of the disk drive market... Innovex has recently reached an agreement in principle to sell InnoMedica, its medical products division. It is anticipated a definitive agreement will be executed in the next several days. This transaction is expected to close during the next quarter. Despite the concerted efforts of InnoMedica's management, this division has never achieved the profitability the Company had hoped for and its future prospects do not meet Innovex's financial performance targets.
