Tippet; I know TWO of those Stocks , there is a wildass short
squeeze going on in both KTEL and MARG..the fact that they
mentioned the internet is cover.
Now the shorts are doing inside fighting and tearing at one
another trying to get out of the trap they walked into..this
is a real dilly.
Start with KTEL..there is only 900K float..yet volume is
runing 5M ..how does this happen ?
Well you can not borrow KTEL stock to short.. but there are
unscrupulous brokers
who will let you short if you tell them
you have the stock..you get 3 days to produce it..can then get
two extentions in time ( up to 30 days ) so via a back door
you can short a stock that you can't borrow..the whole thing
is set up with small float stocks..maybe they start off letting
people borrow..then the major owners get together and in one
swoop take their shares out of margin accounts into cash
accounts ..( that calls in any lent out stock )..and the
ones short get three days to produce the stock..the
price flys up, more shorts short jumping in by telling the
little white lie , not knowing they are walking into a trap.
--------------------
Both MARG and KTEL ...were short traps..
What is that third one you see ? I'll go look at the float..
vs the volume..it's easy enough to tell.
-----------------------
I keep telling shorts they are running up the market it's
not the so much the bulls, it's shorts that are short in the
brain department that are being forced to buy at very high
prices the stuff they sold that they didn't own.
Most of them get took and realize what happened to late, and
are to embarassed to ever admit it so you don't hear much from
them. Stop buys don't always work at the price you set..you
get bought in OK but often at much higher prices..
I can't count the times I'v said, catching a falling knife is
childs play compared to calling a top or shorting..
KTEL was just 7 dollars last week..I know it's hit 48 at least
once..
-------------------------
Both of thoes stocks ought to be halted..every broker that
allowed some poor mullet to short who did not have the shares
and or could not guarantee the availabilty of the shares needs to
be held fully accountable..but the SEC won't do that..they just
make a parody out of holding the racketeers in place,
with a few hand slaps given out from time to time and some token
fines..but in reality the upper circle of the SEC is in the
pocket of the Brokers.
----------------
The way this gets setup with entrapment and preying on the
hopes of some new investors with out making sure they understand
is criminal in nature..it's like thoes people who give kids
candy on halloween and hide razor blades and such in the candy,
they know full well what they are doing..and how they are
exploiting the more ignorant by appealing to the
innocent hopes of a better life that we all hope for.
-------------------
This is not just a sin..it's about the lowest form of criminal
activity there is, & pulled off by educated people who have gone
to extrems to see that no laws are passed against it.
They are lower in their base nature the the drug pushers,
but they wrap themselves up in respectable guise and prance
around with a selfrigtious attitude.
--------------------
They whole system is a ponzi scam, what can you expect from it's
administrators ?
Jim
