Morris got kicked off the team for reasons relating to his rather unusual ideas relating to marital fidelity. He frequented a prostitute and was unfaithful to his wife.

No. He was brought back to serve on the Crisis Team when the Lewinsky scandal broke. And then got kicked off when he tried to sell the story that Bill was compelled to Look Elsewhere because Hillary was a lesbian.

And then, I'd guess, he found another master.

As I recall, it wasn't the prostitute frequenting/cheating on his wife that got Morris in hot water. It was the allegation that he allowed the prostitute to listen in on conversations he had with Clinton that caused the major uproar.
