Bill,
Why don't you (and others who know who they are) try the route Elk took and call the company with your questions? Then supply the answers in your own words. Caution-you might be accused of hype if you do report beck to those who for some reason can't take the time to call on their own, but can take the time to post on SI.

Bill:
1. FNET as in this from the press release.
<<WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 23, 1998-- Franklin Telecom (OTC:FTEL - news) today announced that its Internet subsidiary, FNet Corp., has signed a definitive agreement with WorldCom (NASDAQ:WCOM -news) to collocate its Internet telephone network on WorldCom sites.>>

2. What compensation? Nothing has Changed that we know of with the Ownership of FNET. Is this getting through to people? We still retain the smae percentage AND NOTHING SAYS ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY!

I do not need to yell, but I feel like I am talking to people who's ears are clogged worse than mine! But at least I am undergoing medical treatment for my condition, I do not have a clue as to what other's excuses are.

I have yet to tell anyone to Buzz Off and my suggestion to sell was based on someone's questioning the integrity of the managemnet, which I will always respond to with sell, if you can't trust, why would you give your money to them? Simple enough.

Nothing has changed for you as an FTEL holder, Bill, so what should change? Maybe you can understand my frustration with the thick headedness on this thread.

Bill,

It's not really a simple question that you ask: "I presently own shares in a company (FTEL) that has a 70% interest in FNET. I just want to know that the 70% of that company is not being spun off for no value??" If we IPO by June 30, then 1.6M warrants will be diverted into FNet and that would decrease our ownership of FNet. That's why there were no numbers describing the details of the spinoff. The IPO makes two different scenarios. Common sense would dictate that we're going to be worth more the closer to the finish line (June 30) that we get. Isn't that just the way it is? In addition, it takes the agreement on the part of ALL preferred holders to change that date for whatever reason.
