I guess what is puzzling is we have FTEL shares.
There are FNET shares also. The company known as FTEL owns XXXX # shares of FNET.This does not mean that Any portion of my piece of paper says FNET on IT.It is an implied ownership that is being expressed by Ftel having controll of FNET.They have the control thus they imply the ownership.Simple there is nothing hard about it.

But it does raise questions at this time because of the possibility of
the very distant question of fraud. Our company if it has to will sell off FNET and FTEL shareholders have no recourse "or other things could happen"This is just an example.

With out giving some control up to the FTEL share holders then the company is Not really spinning it off.A spin off is a complete uterly severance of all involvement and usually under most conditions the part being spun off is of sufficient value to warrent a form of compensation to the parent companies share holders. It is highly unusual for a spin off to be done without compensation. That is usually taken as a sign of a company that either does not have the liquidity or cash value and or from management that does not want to give up anything.

I hope all is well with your condition.
