There is NO WAY that executing drug dealers will lead to
the end of drug use. The only way they can do it is by

I wouldn't say they were freely available but certainly not as difficult as it should be to obtain. I think we could prevent access, but as you stated we probably would not like the changes we'd need to make to stop the flow. JLA

PS Where do you live? I wouldn't even know where to begin to ask for such substances in my neighborhood.
