Who's the Boss and who's on first

Does Frank OWN executive power at FTEL (33% owner approx of FTEL ??% of FNET). Did he or the BOARD hire Magruder and team? IS FRANK IN CONTROL OF THE FINANCIAL END OF THE BUSINESS and the FNET distribution.

I think maybe no to all the above. Elk or RB. What is your take on the real power to do or not decide major businesss decisions. As we should know, to gain a competitve advantage or grow a new company the trade-off sometimes is relinquishing the day to day power. Point being. I don't think Frank would screw anyone (for money anyway unless you short stock then your dead meat), and typically new management doesn't start out to do that either but ideas and ideals get lost or overrun by new direction. Just a thought.

Remember weeds grow just as fast or faster than flowers but provide little pleasure (unless your another weed). Lets hope we are growing flowers and not weeds (Elk-thats spelt with an "S" just in case)<GGG>.

Be interesting when co straightens this SH@$ out.
Regards
Dave
