Hey David, This is really humourous! You want me or RB to Speculate so that someone else can come and bash us for Speculation, you folks are really to much! David, If you want to know something THAT WAS NOT IN THE PRESS RELEASE then, and I Hate this statement but apt with your request, Cal the company and ask what the current structure will be. Talk to Mr McGruder, if you are truly a concerned investor, and not just griping because the share price isn't up, then you will call and get answers, instead of wasting your time here.

David, I don't know how it works in your part of the country, but where I'm from, "he who has the power to hire, has the power to fire" Maybe the appropriate question to ask " Is Frank the Chairman of the Board?" If so, then who works for who. As for your closing statement "Be interesting when the company straightens this shit out" I think this shit has been conjured up in all of your imaginations, trumped up and out of context. Fear is the result of the unknown and it seems to be the impetus of this recent debate over what amounts to "ghosts in the closet" mentality. I don't know what prompted it, but in my opinion it is the result of overactive skeptism, run wild. RB PS: It really wouldn't make any difference what Elk or I have to say about your or anyone elses concerns. It would only be questioned, so why not stop playing pattycakes and go to the source? When I have questions that are important to me, for example a medical question, I don't go to some public forumn for answers. Well why would you place your financial well being in the hands of strangers who most likely have biased opinions anyway? Hopefully you and others take this in proper context, it is meant to be sincere.
