I think the lack of price appreciation is a result of a confluence of several factors:
1) lots of overhead resistance, i.e. people selling at a loss who bought just above $14.00.
2) no news of substance to cause the above people to hold rather than sell.
3) the availability of other software issues that don't seem to have any trouble appreciating.

I expect this situation to reverse as good news is released, though I don't know what that news might be.

Diana, if RATL meets the EPS expectations and produces a decent outlook - which I assume they will, then time is on the side of the patient longer term holder, IMO.
