GJC we are doing some serious investigating.... if you want to help here is the Reg S filing... my question is.... was it before or after the proxy vote I havent had a chance to match them up... GLC, It's what the sec document says. So they had the deal in the works for weeks before hand. But just as a last resort you understand.What makes it even more sickening is the way Arnold made excuses for this filing not being available in a timely manner. He said at one point the accountants were busy working on the wording or some such non- sense. It's a paragraph long for crying out loud. His manservant Kieth probably cranked it out in between looking for pencils under Jack's desk. regards.p.b.
