1. CVG was formed by a previous administration and most of its officers were from the party out of power, CSP.

2. Many of its contracts and land holdings have been turned back by the courts.

3. Much of the land CVG holds is not disputed or there is no adverse interest, but the constitutionality of their holding land is open to challenge as they are not an entity that under law can have title to mining lands. The process of their acquisition of the land is also flawed.

4. Some of that previous administration have been spending serious stone hotel time in recent years due to their involvement with the
forces of evil and payola. Much of this corruption emanated from dealings with CVG.

5. The new mining law inasmuch as it is put forth by the new administration will probably NOT empower CVG but may in fact repudiate it.
