Mark, may I jump in on your inflation discussion? IMHO The government has been blowing smoke for years concerning inflation! In Colorado(greater west Denver) home prices have gone up perhaps 400% in the last 5 years. We have seen one bedroom apartments on the north end move to $600-800 a month. Last year we were seeing gasoline $.25-.50 a gal higher in the month of July. I'll bet we will see $1.49 again gas this summer. A decent tomato in the store will sell for $1.49 a lb. Do you recall that congress gave themselves a raise? All who believe there is no inflation live in a world I don't. I have seen a house in Boulder go from $25k to more than $140k asking! The only thing coming from Washington is BS! rh
