You are righteous in your vigilance. Management of publicly traded companies are notoriously self-serving, including Berg & Co; remember the Salinas deal (no comments please) -- THAT was a Frosty move. No, I wouldn't count the Lehman report as anything more than cheap noise. As a matter of fact, I ignore every brokerage report, every recommendation, essentially everything brokerage cos say, as truly misleading, many times, I have concluded, intentionally.
