He (Fox) is retired. They tried to stop him earlier but couldn't. I guess the Clintons have no legal leverage, but they have threatened to punish active SS agents. They even threatened to remove all the SS and hire their own private guards! Probably from the same goon squad/security firm that threatened all those women.
