Did I miss something? >> I think you may have missed GenRad's announcement on April 7 of an agreement to purchase ICC for 1.2 million shares of Gen stock. There was an announcement of another complimentary acquisition 2 days later - the Valstar system unit purchase. I believe links to these stories were posted on this thread earlier in the month, but let me know if you have trouble finding the stories. That's another thing that's so puzzling: things really did seem to be shaping up nicely and Gen seemed to be firing on all cylinders. Thanks for sharing your personal experiences. Good luck, John
