Marcos -or anyone else - I'm new to this site - questions: 1. Is the court case an 'all or nothing' situation - or is there room for a judicial or negotiated compromise - i.e. a percentage split? 2. (see 1) ....or does it only effect a couple of tracts (perhaps the only ones that matter?) 3. If it's 'all or nothing' and KRY WINS is KRY set up to mine and mill the ore? Or will it have to seek out a major, and, if so, is Barrcik lurking in the wings? The proximity of the CBI/ABX property could be germaine? 4. I take it that a deal with PDG would not be 'on'? Cheers!
